What is FAN Wing UAV?
Fan
wing is a new concept for a type of STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) UAV. It is distinct from existing types of UAV by
using a fixed wing with a forced airflow produced by cylindrical fan
mounted at the leading edge of the Wing.

FAN Wing Theory:
turbine mounted along the wing acts as the source of power used to increase a lift by increase the velocity of airflow at the upper side of wing and decrease relative velocity at the lower side.

1- Stable in Turbulence Condition.
2- Fuel Economical.
3- Takeoff from unprepared ground.
4- Predicted wide speed range.
